We have been active in the industry for 50 years and have been the market leader in refuse collection vehicles for more than 10 years. We sell, assemble and repair around 250 vehicle bodies for waste management at our site in Bischofshofen every year.
In addition to Austria, we supply our vehicles to Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Hungary, the United Arab Emirates and Switzerland, our largest export market. We are the first to implement e- and electro-hydrogen mobility in waste management! Hydrogen is perfect for our industry: collecting waste, burning it and generating electricity – producing hydrogen and refuelling the waste collection vehicle with it.
We see it as our responsibility to make waste disposal emission-free, resource-saving, noise-free and safe. The earth’s resources are limited – a cycle must therefore be created that fulfils society’s requirements with fewer and fewer newly extracted raw materials.

In order to plan your training in the best possible way, we have developed our own in-house curriculum – by and with apprentices – for apprentices! You will work in every team and receive in-depth training in all work steps!

WHAT DOES “MONTIEREN IM TAKT” STAND FOR?
Montieren im Takt (M.I.T.) means that cooperation at the interfaces is regulated by agreements in a customised interface organisation. Lead time plans have been drawn up for all of our main products, which serve to optimise the use of our capacities until delivery of the finished product.
WHAT PRINCIPLES DOES OUR M.I.T. PROGRAM FOLLOW?
With the help of the programme, we give our teams the highest level of responsibility and the ability to operate. We believe that day-to-day business can function perfectly well without managers and therefore rely on our teams and team spokespeople. Decisions are thus made as a team and do not follow a classic top-down principle.
QUALIFICATION IS THE KEY
We reward hard & soft skills additionally
OUR QUALIFICATION GRID
With the help of our fixed qualification grid, we reward an additional 10 soft skills and 20 hard skills! For each team, we create a performance profile “We perform and take responsibility” as the basis for the qualification grid; in addition to the professional competences, further training is also considered here!
AIM OF THE QUALIFICATION GRID
We want to train and support our employees as much as possible. That’s why our employees decide together with their line manager how they want to develop within their team. This turns specialists into multi-specialists who can easily master any task independently!
The higher the qualification, the higher our bonus: employees can earn up to € 315 per month through higher qualifications!
