The Company
What we do
Refuse collection vehicles, skip loaders, hooklifts, waste bin washer and special vehicle bodies – for most people, all of these are simply refuse collection vehicles. For us, they are always a new challenge to find innovative solutions for waste disposal.
We work hard to make every body even more effective, for example through more energy-efficient presses and more payload with the same body volume. We develop many customised solutions and implement them for the waste management industry, such as combi wash, waste bin washer, crane vehicles, data protection vehicles, e-mobility and recyclables scanners. STUMMER is always a pioneer. We turn ideas into trends.
Vision & Values
For us as a family-run company, visions and values are particularly important: for generations, they have formed the basis for trusting cooperation and for our entrepreneurial success. They are the bond that unites all STUMMER employees into a strong team.
Compliance
“Compliance” means agreeing to follow certain rules: In the ZOELLER Group handbook of the same name, we set out the principles of interpersonal behaviour and our role in society. Compliance with laws and internal guidelines is a top priority for us. In order to rectify irregularities immediately and avert damage, we rely on risks and potential violations of laws or internal rules being reported to us immediately. For responsible thinking and acting.
Management
Visions are followed by action: Our management team and employees are united by a passion for technology, innovation and the idea of a clean, emission-free future.

Company History
For centuries, our ancestors simply threw their rubbish out of the window, and it wasn’t until the end of the 19th century that they began transporting it away. The first precursors to the modern technology used in today’s waste collection vehicles were invented in the 1930s – and even then it was still a long way to today’s innovative environmental and recycling technologies.
